Have you ever stopped and wondered how to improve an already amazing recipe? We decided it was almost impossible to improve our brownie recipe, so we decided to make more varieties of amazing brownies! Remember our amazing Cheesecake Brownies, with the same base brownie recipe we made a completely different yet delicious brownie! Ferrero Rocher Brownies!
These look amazing before being served, and once you take a bite out of them they look even more amazing. It has become a Frost Your Life Favorite!
For this recipe you will need:
- 1 brownie batch baked in cupcake molds
- 12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
For the frosting you will need:
- 4 tbsp softened butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4-5 tbsp Dulce de Leche
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
To bake the brownies follow the directions on our previous brownie post. Instead of placing them in a large pan bake them in a greased cupcake mold. Bake for 30 minutes at 160C or until a toothpick comes out clean. Quickly place the chocolates on top of each brownie, and let cool.
For the Frosting: Cream butter and cream cheese. Then add sugar and dulce de leche, whisk thoroughly. Use a straight #10 frosting tip to decorate the brownies.
